The best service any jewelry can provide!! My husband went there to ?get my engagement ring. Because he had a specific ring style in mind they worked with him to design a ring from scratch. They educated him on diamonds and showed him a different ray of styles and quality stones. The owners are a husband and wife and they have an adorable little son that’ll you’ll hear about all the time. We’ve been in to see them a few times.They don’t just take your service, they develop a relationship with their clients and take you in on a personal level. This isn’t some jewelry store in the mall folks! You set an appointment to meet with them. Your appointments are the only way you meet unless otherwise stated by the owners and you take it seriously as they do. If you are looking to get in and out then I’m sure they won’t mind but they like to sit with their clients and discuss your needs and wants. They take their business and you extremely serious and take the greatest pride in their work…. very close attention to details. Needless to say I have the most gorgeous engagement ring with a cathedral style design that isn’t as thick as others. It’s simple elegance with a gorgeous diamond. And my wedding band fits along the Cathedral style ring with a square design. It’s amazing how they made those 2 awkward styles look so amazing with each other. Because of my one of kind and uniquely designed engagement ring they worked with us to create my wedding band from scratch as well. It is quite different than other bands they have made so they used their expertise to help me with the details of the design. Zena, the wife, also has a knack for what goes together and the proper styling of jewelry so her opinions really matter!!Basically in the end I have two gorgeous custom made rings that look gorgeous!! My stones are beautiful and so is the workmanship. You can’t get any better than this! I will never go to another jewelry, EVER!!! They are also going to make my 1-year anniversary band to match my wedding band. Love them Costume Jewelry!!! You’ll never regret it!! I agree with the other reviewer that DJS can design a ring from scratch, however, my husband and I found them EXTREMELY unprofessional and just poor craftsmanship.My husband and I found out about DJS Gems and the Virginia Jewelry Expo. ?They seemed nice and provided us with a very competitive price. ?We ordered a custom ring (actually 3 rings that are as one, like the Cartier Trinity ring) with various textures. ?The ring was made in time for our wedding, and expedited per our request (so far so good.)When we got the ring, we had several issues with it:1. We ordered comfort fit- they didn’t do it Wholesale Costume Jewelry! ?Later when we asked Body Jewelry Wholesale, they just said that they decided it wasn’t possible but no one even thought of calling us to inform us. ?Later, when we sent it back for alterations, they said that they would do it.2. The ‘hammered’ finish was not finished. ?The surface was jagged and even my husband’s sweaters would get snagged from it.3. We think the 3 rings were not the same size, because one was always not rolling properly (these are also knows as ‘rolling rings’ because you roll them as you put it on.)So, after the wedding, we sent the ring back for alterations. ?Without going too much into it… 6 e-mails later and A MONTH OF NO RESPONSE from the seller, we cancelled the order. ?They never wrote us or anything again. ?This has been the most unprofessional company I have worked with. ?When I pay over a thousand dollars for a product, I expect it to arrive as stated. ?Also, I expect good customer service and at a minimum clear communication from the seller. ?Needless to say, I would NOT recommend DJS Gems to anyone… we went to our honeymoon (which was a month and a half after the wedding) without the ring for my husband :(

I first discovered the “No Roses” Jewelry line at a fab store in Los Feliz Village called Cake. ?I received a necklace made by No Roses for my birthday. ?I loved the No Roses necklace I was given so much, I contacted No Roses via their website to inquire if they had matching earrings. ?Lisa as so quick to respond and although she did not have earrings that day to show me Costume Jewelry, withing a couple of days she sent me an email with photos of various options Costume Jewelry! ?I fell in love with one of the earrings she sent –and was able or arrange the whole purchase over the internet. ?Stunning designs, great customer service. I so recommend No Roses to anyone that likes unique jewelry for a reasonable price!
A uniquely modern feel; great gifts for both men and women – by private appointment only, so personal attention! Working with the artist in her studio, in her element, was really inspiring while we created a custom piece.

This is the greatest store in LA! ?I dont usually write these type of comments, however the store is seriously great! ?Upstairs for guys, downstairs for girls. ?Priced right and super helpful staff. ?Very cool clothes and easy to shop at!! ?I highly reccomend this place as it is almost the only mens store with hip, and fashionable clothes at fair prices…..|||Alas another newbie in the trend of Boulevard Boutique pop ups. This one I can’t really say I was too impressed with. It was really waaaaaaaaaaay too overpriced for what they were selling and even with the 50-75% off sale upstairs, it still wouldn’t make me wanna spend $75 on a tshirt. Most of the styles seemed pretty dated. For example the sweats with the writing across the booty that says REBEL. I’m sorry, but that was soo 3 years ago. They did have a few pieces that we really cute, but it’s nothing that a scenester couldn’t have pieced together from the Goodwill in Los Feliz for a fraction of the cost.Sadly it seems to me that this store thinks it’s on Robertson and rumor has it, YA AIN’T Wholesale Costume Jewelry, so I really don’t see it lasting more than another few months. Sorry Charlie.|||i was buying a gerard darel bag from this place and had the worst experience ever. ?charged me a month in advance before they even received the product themselves from overseas. ?and then they wouldn’t send the bag to me AND they wouldn’t refund my money (over $500) after i asked about it for a month! ?never had such a difficult purchasing experience in my life. ?they claimed they called and left messages and emailed me but i never received any calls, and emails always told me that i had been refunded. ?at the end i had to file a claim with the bbb, and they finally refunded my money.worst customer service ever. ?i’ve never actually been inside the store Stainless Steel Necklaces, maybe it’s better. ?my entire transaction was online.|||Wow Costume Jewelry, a “D” rating from the Better Business Bureau. You’d better be careful about what you purchase because if you ever need to return it, odds are you will have difficulty.

Tous is known for many different things, their jewelry, sunglasses, leather goods, watches, perfumes & colognes, etc. ?The last visit I made was to inquire about some new specs. ?I was looking for a nice pair of sunglasses, since I seem to have lost my previous pair which I’d owned for about 7 years. (A Favorite Frame from Coach)It’s time for a new pair. “I always have a hard time finding a pair of sunglasses that fit or suit my face”, I’ve explained to every eyewear salesperson. ?”I have a flat face, huge cheeks, no bridge on my nose and a very wide head. So, glasses are usually too rounded and there’s a huge gap between the lenses and my face, or their too narrow, or the glasses will move up and down as I eat Men’s Jewelry, talk, or make a change in facial expression.” ?Given all of that information, Carolina and Maggie did a great job trying to help me find a good lookin’ pair. After much searching and trying on tons, we found one that was awesome. The price tag wasn’t even 1/2 of what I expected or thought I’d end up paying. The ladies here were super  helpful and paid attention to what I’d said about the shape of my face and therefore the difficulty in finding a good pair. ?It was really nice to shop here. The store was very clean. ?There weren’t a whole lot of interruptions from any phone calls or anything like that. Shipments weren’t coming in throughout the time that I was there. Employees, some of them Costume Jewelry, were on break but still helped other customers as they came into the store. I was greeted so nicely and was helped instantly. ?The cases were streak free and I could see my reflection in a few of them. ?Their displays were tastefully done and their price tags were kept hidden. ?I really like this store and hope to shop here again soon. Needless to say, I didn’t purchase the sunglasses here. I ended up finding some killer sunglasses at a store near by. SORRY GIRLS Cubic zirconia jewelry!! I’m still going to buy those shades, but not quite yet. I’m saving some cash for ‘em. NO more credit cards for me for a while. (only over the holidays)

Meet the Business Owner: Joshua S.

Joshua is the actual owner and hence came  the name of Joshua’s Jewelry. Joshua himself graduated with honors from the University of Texas in Arlington with a Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering. When he moved to Los Angeles in 1988, he decided to open a jewelry store with his wife Sofia and family. Overtime, this jewelry store has grown to a successful family owned business. His son, Jonathan runs the Website of Joshua’s Jewelry located at www.JoshuasJewelry.com, Furthermore, Jonathan has been running the online storefront for quite some time and also has a Degree from the Gemological Institute of America, also known as GIA. GIA is the most accredited Non-Profit Organization that certifies the best quality diamonds all over the world. Jonathan himself is also known  as one the top high-Quality Diamond Brokers in Los Angeles. If you like to go to a place, where it is obvious that the amount of money you spend is equivalent to the service you get…..well this is a place that gave us that ?feeling. Unless the guy (I think it’s the owner) treats all his customers like this; he is rude, has no shame and also no game,  makes it feel like he don’t need the money (or at least our money) . He made it clear that he was doing us a favor and our $400.00 was not even covering the costs of his labor. His labor was decent, but not exactly what we asked for. I wanted to give him a 1 star, wasn’t it for his employees, who were friendly, professional and helpful.|||I purchased a diamond wedding set from Joshuas Jewelry and recently discoved that the center 1.5ct. diamond on the engagement ring was clarity enhanced. ?He disagrees with that assessment, but I have a certified appraiser’s report in hand and soon will be getting corroboration from a gemologist. ?I am presently working on recovery through the Los Angeles Courts System, but I wanted those dealing with this jeweler to act cautiously in what you purchase or receive. ?He appears to have been deceptive in my case, hopefully I am an isolated occurrence. ?He also has not been receptive in restitution to this date, we’ll see as we progress through small claims court.|||Buy from Joshua’s Jewelry at your own risk. “36″ is the magic number; see below.After ordering a wedding band for my husband from this company’s website jewelry pendants, I received an email along these lines: Click into our website. The website said my order was PENDING. I noticed the transaction didn’t go on my credit card, so I called to complete the order. Calling a company that didn’t even give me a courtesy call about this order should have alerted me that I was about to step into a Pandora’s Box of bullsh*t. The rep advised that:#1 – Although their website has “prices,” those are not really prices. (SILLY ME!) No, “price” is a verb at Joshua’s, and it’s something they do by weight and labor costs. (Translation: “We charge whatever we damn well please.”)#2 – Although their website touts a 30-day money-back guarantee halloween gift for kids, this DOES NOT apply to “wedding bands.” So, uh, what DOES the money-back guarantee apply to? Rings bought just for kicks and giggles?I said, “Cool. I’ll get the same ring from a different website with a lower price, which has a real guarantee.” Before I could even finish my sentence, the rep had interrupted me TWICE and hung up.THE BOTTOM LINE1) PRICE: The price quoted by the rep was 36% higher than the price listed on the website. 2) TIME: I wasted 36 hours on these jokers, and hope this review saves you the trouble.
